Last summer I interned at GE HealthCare. I worked on their digital team to make an in-person process of adding applications to medical scanners into a remote process. Throughout my internship I learned many technical skills such as JavaScript, NodeJS, APIs, Unit Testing, Postgres, and more. I also expanded my knowledge of the medical field by attending sessions on the different areas of the business and found that I wanted to learn more about patient monitoring and AR/VR uses for training. Finally, during my internship I learned the value and importance of networking. I was able to meet so many incredible people throughout the company and learn about their work and passions. Interning at GEHC was a great experience and I'm so glad I was able to learn so much!
